Introduction of Machine Devices     

The outline shape of this machine includes the following parts:automatic bottle input part,automatic filling part,automatic falling outer cap part and automatic crimping cap part.

Working Principle

Bottle input: Operator puts the empty bottle in bottle feeding wheel, bottle feeding wheel will send bottles into the conveyor belt.

Detection: Sensor will detect whether there is an empty bottle on the main rotary table.No bottle, no filling.

Filling: If the sensor detects the bottle,the filling nozzle will enter into the bottle and fill.

Falling rubber plug: The bottle which has been filled will proceed to the position of cover rubber plug,the rubber plug will fall into the bottleneck.

Pressing rubber plug: The rubber plug which fall into the bottleneck is loose,the device of pressing plug will press the rubber plug into the bottleneck tightly.

Falling outer cap position: Outer cap will enter into the slide way under the help of cap oscillator .When your bottles reach to this position,the outer cap will fall into the bottleneck.

Pressing outer cap position: Press the outer cap and prepare for next step.

Crimping cap position: Crimp the outer cap
