This series is designed by Ruibao R&D team, specially for chain store, supermarket, fast-food store, lab, and small-sized foodstuff company, and Ruibao own its patent. The price is much competitive than auto. tray vacuum packing machines. Vacuum, gas-flushing, sealing, cooling, film-cutting, lid-opening are performed automatically, while lid-closing and film-rolling are manual. Vacuum is performed from airtight chamber firstly, then mixed gas / inert gas will be flushed into chamber. The vacuum gas-flushing packed tray can prolong the products shelf life while keeping its freshness, taste and nutrient. Packaging capacity is about 120 times/h, and will be higher for skilled operator.
This series is suitable for tray and bag packaging. Only need to take out tray mould, then assemble the heating bars and sealing support, the machine will package bags.
