Liquid-storage barrel			l   It should be made of stainless steel plate which is 1Cr18Ni9Ti and has a thickness of not less than 2mm. The stainless steel should meet the requirements of GB/T3280-1992 and have the effective warranty. Production number should be on the tank. l   The welds shall be smooth without incomplete penetration, burning through, scar and some other defects which can deface the strength and appearance. l   When the test pressure is 1.5 times as large as the maximum working pressure according to the 6.5.4, there should be no leakage or permanent deformation. l   The burst pressure should be 5 times larger than the maximum working pressure and this test is conducted according to the regulation of 6.5.5. During this test, some phenomena should be noticed: ü   There should not be debris flying out from the water tank. ü   Blasting crack can’t be on weld. ü   Blasting should show the plastic damage and the break should not appear radial. l   Liquid-storage barrel shall be equipped with pressure relief device which is easy to operate, releasing the residual air pressure of the tank.
