ZLP series suspended platform belongs
to electrical-driven climbing and decorating machinery, mainly used to decorate,
maintain and clean the external walls of high-level mutil-storey buildings and
exterior construction such as cement coating, veneer, paints, installing the
glass curtain walls, painting as well as cleaning and maintainence. Also can be
applied to the operating of big vessels and bridges, dams etc.

Climing
Principle- The suspended platform climbs up along the wire rope driven by the
hoist. Without wraping up the wire rope, there is no limit on the height of
climing in theory.
Hoist-
Using the “α”structure, the reliability of the hoist
is high, and the service life is long.
Safety rope and safety lock- Two safety
ropes are set independently. The suspended platform is set with safety locks. When
the platform goes acclivitous, the hoist system gets major faults or ropes are broken
off and falling, the safety locks will lock the wire ropes to ensure the safety
of the operator and the machine.
Combination of the basket- According to
customers’ requirements, the paltform can be combined in different forms and
easy to transport.
Multiple flexible suspension mechanism- The
suspension mechanism is applicable to different types of roofs and conveniently
to delivery.
Convenient and reliable electrical
control system- The electrical control system is equipped with protection
switchs, operators can choose single- machine operation or two-machine
operation system. It is equiped with movable operation box, external power box
and the limit equipment against going up.
